If you got to the one site www.dancer.com, click on their links then click on miscellaneous resources, you'll find a whole slew of dancewear websites, one of which may have a photo of a guy in a red leotard. The trend over the last few years for male dancewear has been towards darker colors, so I think you may have a problem finding an example in red to show your director. Some of us have libraries of dance photos. I don't know if I have a photo of a guy in red online, but will look. NYDancewear seems to be the most reliable place on the web for men's dancewear.
