My choice. I use womens' thongs for dancebelts. Specifically, I use a thong brief madeby One Step Ahead, either a L or an XL works fine for me. You can find them at www.sandiegofit.com. I use the supplex thongs. If not those, I sometimes use amicrofiber thong from Victoria Secrets. But the One Step Ahead briefs work bestin ballet class. I use either 24/7.
