I was wondering if dance belts are for ballet only or if i should have one for other types of dance too.... i usally just wear boxer briefs to keep everything from flopping around... is this good or bad or what?? I have done public performance dance for years in tight outfits. My first dance belt was a revalation. Ahhh.. no more mucking about trying to fix myself up in front of everyone!
