A dancebelt is a must. I have experimented around and have found that I don't like dancebelts. Forthat function I either use a womens' thong brief. Under Armour makes one, innylon lycra, and One Step Ahead makes one is supplex. Both work well for me. >>As an adult beginner I've never had to wear a leotard before, nor have I cared to.
