Tom is right....assume the posts are genuine and try to give advice. If the jokester poster is laughing, who cares? What if the jokester poster feels he has to conceal his question? Maybe s/he has a problem. If people answer honestly maybe s/he will see that many of us are ready to talk honestly about dance, dancewear and fetishes. Sure we all have "fetishes of some degree," if that's how you want to think about it. Actually, according do DSM-IV a fetish only exists when the interest overwhelms the individual and interferes with normal daily functioning. An "interest" might not be a fetish. A "true" fetish disrupts your life. It's not a matter of wanting "to get involved in the discussion;" rather, it's a need to try to understand and relate to all sorts of people. I always post my email address, and I'm willing to talk with most anyone who has any interest. I do get some crazies, and deal with them as appropriate. Most peolpe do have legitimate concerns; many people want to know there are other people who understand their concerns. Hey, we're all human! balletboy P.S.
