Dancebelts are all different.>I've bought many dancebelts to try them, and sometimes have to change them after the first few barre exercises! Others I could wear all day long!>There's no quick answer to your question. You also have to decide many different factors, like the kind of support you need, if you prefer strong control versus hanging kind of loose (the latter is a preference among my actor friends), etc. etc. etc..>The big problem is that today there are not too many different styles to choose from. I've been dancing ballet for many years, and have seen many styles come and go. Some of the discontinued styles are perfect for me, while the most common sold today are unbearable (for me).>I went through a period where I had this little Polish seamstress make me different styles of my own design.>You have to try...it's trial and error. Ask your friends from the dance studio. Some may have tried styles and rejected them, and may let you try their discarded ones. Don't be afraid to discuss this with your male danseur friends. I'm 99% sure they have the same concerns!>Good luck!>balletboy Thank u buddy Antworten zu diesem Beitrag: |
