The nylon/lycra blends vary.  Some places allow you a selection of different nylon/lycra fabrics....they'll send you fabric swatches.  For example, www.renaissancedancewear.com.  These custom made tights are more expensive.

Many of us spend lots of time and money looking and ordering tights from different dancewear manufacturers and different sports-wear manufacturers.

I'm really sorry!  But in my humble opinion, to get the tights you really want you have to go get the material you want then get a seamstriss who can make the fit you want.  It may cost money, but that's they way it is.
