I believe that feeling good and the belief that I'm looking good help me be a better dancer.  I feel more free to move and express myself.

Male danseurs need to be able to be proud of their bodies and feel good about themselves to dance at their best.

>I think that nylon lycra is the best form of dance material,although cotton seems to fit more snug.I have a seamstress who alters my nylon/lycra unitards so they fit like a second skin, no unibutt and snug in the crouch.to me nylon/lycra feels like you don't have anything on and nothing replaces that shiny look that everyone seems to have gotten away from.When I am in class I am all about work, but it is good to also look good while you are enjoying what you love to do.
