Male dancewear

I used to have this little Polish lady...I would wear the unitard inside-out and she would pin off the fit and sew a fleible seam in. She passed away and I haven't found another who could do this magic! Dancebelts are the unversal problem. As I wrote to unimen, the belt around the waist at the top of the dancebelt, as you suggest, helps. But if you don't want to wear that belt, little else can help. Even customized fitting of the waist may not overcome the dancebelt as it folds down. I find that off the rack footless unitards are best, because the material can be adjusted for the nounibutt look. On top of it, the legs can be drawn up sufficiently so that the crotch stays in the crotch rather than pulling down. Guys are all built differently, and customization is necessary, but may be expensive. If you can find a trick that works with off the rack, especially for everyday classes, go for it! balletboy >I BUY THICK NYLON/LYCRA UNITARDS FROM BALTOGS OR BODYWRAPPERS AND HAVE THEM ALTERED FROM A PERSON I KNOW WHO SPECIALIZES IN THEATERWEAR. THE THICKER MATERIAL HIDES THE LINES OF THE DANCEBELT AND THE ALTERING FITS LIKE A GLOVE AROUND THE THE CROUCH AND BETWEEN THE BUTT. USUALLY IF A SMALL LINE IS VISIBLE A HIDE IT WITH A THICK BELT. ALSO I DANCE IN CLASS WITH NO SLIPPERS. I LIKE FOOTED UNITARDS. MY TEACHERS HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH IT. Antworten zu diesem Beitrag: |
