If, during class, the need arises to re-adjust, go ahead and do it.  I've seen girls in class re-adjust on top.  Why shouldn't guys re-adjust if the need exists?

We are all human beings.  The girls know what's down there, so adjust as you need (but turn your back to the crowd or step outside of the class.  I'm still a gentleman!).
