Suspenders are possible, and the one's you find in dicount stores can be adjusted short enough for holding up tights.

The problem with suspenders is that if they are adjusted too tight they dig into your shoulders and back.  That's too distracting for many danseurs I have known.

The problem with keeping tights up and keeping tights from bagging is because often the danseur has an inseam longer than the footed-tights will allow.  So naturally they are pulled down out of the crotch and bag around the knees.  So get custom-made footed tights!  Or use unfooted tights with socks.

That's the best I can offer.
