I don't know if they have a catalogue, but the dancebelts come as follows:

COLORS:   Balck, Beige, White3-inch elastic waist band -- Covered is $12.50 or Uncovered is $13.50 (PRICES were as of Fall 2000; they may be higher now)The pouch is made of cotton/lycra

The dancebelts are sized according to waist size; I don't know what extra charges would be for specific changes.  I've gotten mine as gifts from a boyfriend who measured me, and they fit me perfectly (I got the address and prices off his e-mail).

Dan also makes G-strings that are very comfortable.  Once again, I don't know the exact price.
