I really hope so!!!

I have about a dozen long-sleeved leotards, and several long-sleeved unitards.

I even wear a long-sleeved leotard under a white button-downed shirt, with the shirt sleeves rolled up.

In most adult classes the dress code is so loose that it doesn't matter.  And at most studios guys are so in demand that they could probably dance in just a dancebelt and no one would say anything!
