Old habits die hard!  I brought this pack when they were still about a dollar-a-pack.  So I don't need some upstart challenging me.

Anyways, the best way to approach a smoker is to be concerned, not mocking.  You call an addict stupid and you'll solidify his/her habit.  Who taught you manners?
