The pre-professional company, and even professional company that I work with hires men that have the force to do multiple jumps and spins, but no basic technique and horrible bodies. I assume it was the best they could get, but... to be honest, when watching them at the barre before rehearsal, it's kinda sad... and I wonder if it was poor training, or poor learning.
