 Male dancewear

As I have said, I would like to keep this site devoted to real discussions that concern men about the clothing they wear to dance. I DID NOT SAY THIS BOARD IS RESTRICTED TO ONLY THOSE POSTS! I have some experience with wearing cofortable bodywear, and have gotten emails from guys on a spectrum who have a similar interest, be it for comfort, athletics, or more personal encounters. OK, some examples from that spectrum. I like lounging around in a leotard, because it gives support but doesn't bind at the waist. I've talked with two guys, non-dancers, who asked be about leotards but thought it was unusual. They were happy to find someone who didn't think their interest was strange. Then there was this guy who emailed me about how he and his partner wanted full-body unitards and wanted to know if this one site, who was selling them for $250 made good stuff. I pointed out that they could get the same suit at a dancewear site for $72. And the $250 site used the same photo as the $72 site. I hope I'm being compassionate when I tell a guy that I would like to keep this site for real male dancewear discussion rather than for discussing how to get a date with a guy in tights. First of all, the poor guy's chances of connecting on this site are slim. Second, I ask him to email me for directions because I truly want him to find someplace where he can discuss his interests. That's me in a nutshell. I am not a censor! The web is big, and I just want people to have a way to get to somewhere where they can find their interest. If some guy logs onto this site wondering about how to wear his first dancebelt and sees posts about how to make his member look bigger, he'll be afraid to post. I hope the guys who I suggest are "off-topic" understand that and have compassion for the guys out there who have serious questions about the clothing they wear for dance class. Is it too much to ask that we try to keep this board for guys who have serious questions, and politely ask the "off-topic" people...NO not "ask," but politely "show" the "off-topic" people where they can pursue their interests? Is that an infraction of the right of free speech? If the free speech, in my opinion, may fall on deaf ears at this site, what's wrong with sending the fellow to a place where his free speech will be appreciated more? balletboy Antworten zu diesem Beitrag:
