P.s If you have any advice on breaking in my new BLOCH..>>please reply>>cat> cath,> stand at the edge of a small hand towel, and using your toes, pull in the towel. do this twice, everyother day, after class, for about a week. then, everyday after class. use a tennis ball to massage your feet. run your feet over the top of the tennis ball, before pointe, and technique class.your feet will improve.> see if one of the dancers at les grande ballet will show you how to break in your pointes. as far as arabesque, try stretching after class, when your muscles are hot. there is another technique, that my pas de deux teacher used that helps. it is hard to try and describe, it works very well. i shall try and write it and post it for you.> are you taking class downtown, or the west island?> have a great class, david
