Head masks! Geez, could anything else be more restraining than a head mask? I'm not talking about just masks, but head pieces that really restrict eyesight and throw your balance off. While they might make the movement fit, they sure restrict what the dancers can do.

Speaking of costumes, we usually start off with white unitards and other apparel. Its' easier to color match them is they're all the same color to begin with, unless you need black. Sometimes we'll buy the full-body ones, that cover everything, because it's easier to remove things than to try to add.

Finally decided on a costume, too! Max, from "Where the Wild Things Are" White unitard, black tail, pointy ears. Haven't decided about show-wear, though. I can't tell if he's even using any, and what I should get. Maybe white slippers...
