Stevens a couple of years ago<br>in the process of getting an answer to a question someone asked on<br>alt.arts.ballet, & in the course of the conversation the question of<br>dyeing arose. She told me that they used Rit, both on cotton/lycra &<br>their special milliskin (nylon/lycra) fabric. She said they used Rit<br>because it was most free from potentially dangerous chemicals (the<br>kind of things manufacturers have to worry about these days).
