>I would like to give you some of my points of views about dancebelts and tights.
>As for the dancebelts, I can give several good reasons why they should be wore. When I turned 16, several months ago, after 7 years of ballet training and a couple of wearing dancebelts, I decided to go for a very silly choice. One day I was reading this medical magazine and for some reason I thought that the pressure created by the dancebelt could somehow be harmful for me. Well, I decided not to wear the dancebelt daily (I practice 6 days weekly) but for only a couple of days per week and wear thongs of jock straps underwear instead. Well, I got myself some seamless cotton-lycra thong underwear and jockstraps. First of all, let me say that my anatomy was clearly shown under my tights when I started wearing these clothing. Second, being straight and not wearing dancebelts, in a studio full with beautiful chicks can bring some embarrasing situations around. The days that I wore my thong undies and had to closely rehearse with one of these chicks I went thru hell because I were aroused and could not do nothing to hide this situation. The day that I met my actual girlfriends, who dances with me too, I had this arousal that I was forced to ask for a big sweat shirt to cover my embarrasement. That day everything ended with laughs.
>Now, the second reason for wearing a dancebelts if for security. A couple of days my human experience, I was making some fast movements with my girlfriend. I don't know how it happened and everything happened so quick. When lifting her leg in the air, she kicked unitentionally in my testicles. I fell and layed down on the studio's floor for about 45 minutes. I could not go back to the studio or to school for about 3 to 4 days. Since that day I made sure to buy the enough amount of dancebelts for my ballet classes. I recommend the padded ones because I believe they protect more than the non-padded, besides they will adsorbe the leak that you may have by dancing with the beautiful girls in your studio. As for the bulge, well, this is something I wont't worry about. This is something related to being a man and if nature gave me or anyone else a well developed anatomy, there is no reason to hide it or be shame of it.
>As for tights wearing, I really don't know what is the big thing with this subject. Probably, since I am wearing tights for 7 years now, I don't give this a major thought. I started wearing only black tights but, for about 7 months now, I started to wear several colors and shapes of tights (and if possible, matching leather soles ballet shoes as well-pointed shoes are only for female dancers). I decided to wear unitards and high cutted or thong leothards, either under or over my tights and this has not affected my manhood. This should not bring any problems to any one. I wear tights believing that this is the proper attire for this kind of activity, like wearing a hat in a sunny day or jeans to a picnic. I don't have fetishist ideas about this matter, though I admitt that I like to listen to the girls of my studio when they tell me how great I look when I wear them. In any case, being a straight man and wearing tights is something that can hold hands. I enjoy being myself, loving dearly my girlfriend and wearing tights had not changed non of these.
>I will suggest you to read two messages that I posted recently in this forum and somehow they are related to these matters:
>Trying to give a good and honest reason, and;
>About weights lifting and ballet training.

>>Ok, this is a dancebelt question and I know there are a million of them, but i have to ask...Hopefully, i won't offend anyone...i'm in my mid teens and i've been dancing for a couple years and ballet for about 4 months....apparently, guys are completely against wearing tights around here so teachers don't at all make you wear tights so i've never had to worry about it...but i'll have to perform soon and wear tights for that...so my dancebelt question is, "how do you wear it?"..if i point up, then it looks like i have this freakishly huge bulge and if i point it down it looks freakishly big too...i prefer down but i know most people don't wear it like that...are you supposed to wear it up? like do you have to? is this bulge supposed to be so big? because i'm not that hung at all and it looks huge...it's just that there aren't any male dancers around me who wear tights that i can compare it so i don't know how big it's suppposed to be...hopefully, i haven't offended any of you and i would appareciate any and every responose... thanks =)
