>I'm not a dancer, and neither am i a male. I am a degree level theatre student and at 10.00 on monday morning I have to give a workshop to 20 other students on dance basics. Now, all was going well until I tried to figure out some important muscles in dance and how they should be warmed up properly. After spending 2 days trawling the books, I came up with precisely nothing. Is there anybody out there who can help? Maybe just point me in the right direction? I would be so grateful.

Christina the New York City Ballet Workout has a book a video or dvd that has helpful workout routines to stay in shape prepare to dance and to get your muscles going. I recomend it before a warm up. good luck hope this helps Nick.[/i]
