Tights are form fitting, and as such, they provide sculptural beauty to those who wear them. <p>Besides ballet, male gymnasts also wear tights or very tight clothing! This is for the same reason we male dancers wear the same--for instructors (or coaches) to see incorrect body mechanics, and for the fans to see the male body as it is.<p>I enjoy wearing tights, as well as other tight clothing. I encourage other men reading this list to "let go" of the frustrating, somewhat taciturn comments I see or hear about. Just keep dancing! Treat your body well.
