Why do you do that? You interpret every comment as really hostile!
The fact is that different male supporters are used differently. In ballet, especialy at the professional level, a dancebelt is mandatory. Danseurs, who make many quick, scissor-like movements with the legs, need to have somne typoe of support that keeps the equipment out of the way. An athletic supporter, as cut in the USA, has too much room in the pouch.
Look a swimmers....they wear racers that do not have a pouch, to keep things out of the way. Did you ever see an Olympic-class swimmer in board shorts?
Wrestlers wear special wrestler-briefs. And gymnasts may wear athletic supporters for some types activities. But trust me, many wear a stronger supporter for certain activities.
Trust me on one more thing....if you ever bruised a testicle, either swimming, riding, wrestling, running, etc. etc., then you'd know why some of us are so interested in "proper" support!
