[i]I desperately need some advice from someone who has been in my situation. I am a 20 year old dancer. About a month ago a girl in my ballet class talked me into being her partner in our school's annual dance presentation. She is one of those rare people who seems to have absolutely no inhibitions when it comes to nudity and she is really intent on the two of us performing ballet completely nude. I don't know how she talked me into it. but she did. Our teacher has approved all this. The audience will be composed of the students from several dance schools and some guests--maybe 200 people in all. I am having second thoughts about this. I was wondering if any of you have danced nude, especialy with a very attractive female partner. What are the problems? How does it feel? How do you handle the embarrassment factor? I know how easy it is to experience arousal while dancing with a pretty female partner, but what does one do when one does not have a costume or dancebelt to cover everything up? To be perfectly frank, how would an audience react to a full blown erection? How should the dancer react if this occurs--run off the stage in shame, or just continue the dance? Have any of you witnessed a nude ballet, especially one in which a dancer had an erection on stage? I have not had the guts to ask anyone about this. We will begin rehearsals in two weeks.I would like to hear from anyone who has personal experience in this area, or even from anyone who has seen a nude ballet. Help! [/i]
