I can't remember the last time I saw all leather shoes. What youget these days is a cloth shoe with a thin veneer of leather on thetop. You can tell by looking inside the shoe--if what you see iscloth & not leather, then that's the kind you got.
As for the difference, in my case I found that leather stretchedover time while cloth shrinks. So I had to re-figure my shoe sizeswhen I could no longer get all-leather shoes; otherwise my feetkilled me.
