I don't know if anyone else has replied to you, but I've been dancing for six years, first time I wore a dance belt, well we call it a jock, just like the footballers. The worst bit about it is the thick elastic that digs into your hips and the way it's secured with one strap right up your crack!!! as for your balls, just pull your ball sack up to make a nice package! The elactic band should go higher on your waist than you're used to unless you're simon cowell.
The colaboration on the erotic mystery of the male dancer sounds like something I'd have fantasised about. One thing you should definately take a look at 'All that Jazz' video by Bob Fosse! It features three couple two girls, a guy and girl and then two guys, round about half way through. They're all performing a pa de deux with eachother, naked if it wasn't for their dance jocks. As for the mystery of erotism, Fosse is your man, he was notorious for sleeping with his whole dance company. I kind of like Jose Limon, he changed the male dancer into a stallion, not just a pixie prince. I'm currently writing a piece on why I got into dance and what I'm looking to acheive with it. for me it's simply a means of expression. I can really get into a trance when I get going, and that's the best state to be in to be creative with your body. It's shouldn't simply be a strive for originality, you can only express how you are feeling at that precise moment, if you start to think about it then the trance is lost. I often want to just find a room, and let my body express itself explore itself. I'ts not necessarily something I would want to perform. It's like a meditation in movement. Any audience would have to be a voyuer.
Sadly I live no where near you in Washington, I'm writing form Oxford in the U.K. but I certainly came to the right place, as I think i may have found someone on a similar wave length?[/i]
