[i]After wearing my new (and first) dance belt for about an hour or so I noticed some trouble areas. Just so you know, I am a size 30 waist and have a medium which fits snugly (this is good) and I'm wearing it in the "up" position as described here on previous posts. Now, does the thong back just take some getting used to? It's really not very comfortable in that it's kinda chafing. The only other problem I have is that toward the end of the hour I began to experience some noticable pain. What can I do to avoid this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially on the second problem.
