Capezio cotton/lycra (not quilted) SMALLCapezio quilted MEDIUMM Stevens MEDIUM (they say small is for a 26 to 28" waist, which is pretty darned small for any adult, but might be good for a teenager)

You might find this guide doesn't apply to you depending on your other body dimensions, thong tolerance, and desire for a tight or loose fit.
