How do I chicken out of this without ruining it for everybody else? Don't chicken out! Your instructor is obviously paying you a compliment to have you perform nude. If you are still self conscious, you might consider wearing a pair of sheer nude to the waist pantyhose. Same effect but helps you feel as if you are wearing tights....just don't look down!
