Baltogs makes couple of thong back leos in many colors. I prefer the racer back, nylon/lycra myself. They also have the only (that I know of) dance belt made specifically for mens thong back leotards.

Absolutely you should wear the thong leotard over your tights. I love the "free" feeling this outfit gives me. I've even worn these to aerobic classes. It's only a big deal the first few times you wear them. Once everyone has seen you, it becomes a non-issue.
