The best thong leotards are by Baltogs. They come in cotton/lycra and nylon/lycra. They have a great selection of colors. I prefer the nylon/lycra and always wear the leotard over my tights. It automatically holds my tights up. Occasionally I get a stare when someone sees me for the first time, but within minutes it becomes a non-issue.

Also note wearing a thong leotard, you should wear a dance belt made for them. Baltogs also sells a dance belt specifically for men who wear thong leotards.
