Re: ballet class in london

>I'm a 25 years old guy living in London and I love ballet. I would like to take ballet class in the evening. I used to take ballet with my sister for 3 years when I was younger. ANY HELPConsider yourself lucky, you took ballet for three years, I couldn't help but notice that teachers prefer adults that had studied before.  The reason for this is you may remember bits and pieces from when you were younger, that and a teacher throwing around a few ballet terms and you will be saying "Yeah! I remember that".  At this point the teacher hasyou feeling very confident that she is a good teacher. The truth is, they could care less if we mess up or not,or if we are formally decked out in our black tights and white shirts and the girls in pink tights with a leotard.  From personal experience, there is a stark contrast between thechildren and the adults.     I live in Philly and have been trying to get in a class for some time now, I can't get into a class because I object to wearing sweats and a t-shirt, this tells me that they don't care if they can see the line or not, afterall, we're too old to become professionals.
