You can also try criticaldance.com. All three are monitored/moderated. The fetishists and so forth that have run Parsimony into the ground are barred from participating. The moderators frown on messages with sexual content, and will delete almost anything of that sort and ban the poster (to the extent of complaining to the person's ISP).
