It's never too late to start.  I began when I was 30, and will be starting a Company for dancers over the age of 18 within the next year.  Go for your dreams my friend.  Let no one stop you.

>Go for it!  >One of the advantages of being a guy is that you aren't competing with hundreds of others for every role.  That means with hard work and dedication (combined with talent) you can make up the years you missed and find your place in the dance world.  I forget names, but I've heard of several top professional danseurs who started as late - or even later - as you.  Don't be like so many of us who thought about starting ballet as teenagers, but didn't do anything about it until it really was too late for us. >>>I am a 15 year old guy and I am really interested in doing ballet.  I have alot of natural talent and people tell me now that if I had started when I was younger then I would be dancing at a very high level now.  I really would like to start ballet dancing.  Is it too late to become very  good, perhaps even a professional?  I would really like to know so that I can figure out if I am just chasing an unrealistic dream.
