Keep a traning schedule plus your ballet training. You will not regret my advice. Now, when doing weighlifting, make sure to start with some guidelines because a male ballet dancer should have a very lean a firm body but extremely developed muscles look does not match with the elegant and gracious look that a male ballet dancer must project.
