I live in the Midwest and I am so ashamed that people like you and many others I meet here are so intolerant of diveristy.  In my expereince, 8 out of 10 white Midwesterners tell gay, black, pollock, etc. jokes.  They revel in the fact that they imagine they are better than any one else.

The Midwest needs to be insulted, for the bigots who live here and for the so-called liberals who let them get away with it!
