the male dancer

Stevens footed tights. I think this is just a bit hasty. Speaking for myself, I don'tpretend to be a real dancer, even though I take 2 to 3 classesa week & take the work seriously: I've got a dazzling LACK oftalent, & at 72 years of age I'm not only over the hill but welldown into the next valley. And no, when I see Baryshnikov orMalakov in the dressing room, I do not see them wearing anythingout of the ordinary. But I do take pleasure in wearing dancewearthat looks good--probably to compensate for how bad *I* look. That's one of the perks of being a serious amateur. I mention all this to show that there's at least one serious non-professional "danseur" whose pleasure in dancewear is not erotic. But you know, we get a lot of young guys on this forum, & in yourteens the most amazing variety of things can carry an eroticwallop. (I probably would have found this so myself at that age.)And of course they want to talk about it & compare notes, if onlyto reassure one another that they aren't the only ones. I would suggest that if you're going to complain, you might do wellto ask why we don't move these discussions over to the "DancewearDreams" forum. That would be a good question & one I can't answer. My own excuse is that I rarely initiate discussions, & when Iinitiate a discussion about dancewear, I do try to post it on theDreams forum.
