I am 40 now, and teach theatre, music theatre, and choreography for musical theatre productions. I sometimes feel that I sold myself short. I wish I had given performance more of a chance. I have had tremendous rewards as a teacher...watching my former students appear in movies, Law and Order, Touched by an Angel, Off Broadway and more. Sometimes though, I wish I could turn back the clock, and it could be me up there. Think of the years to come. What do you REALLY want out of your life? Look inside your heart and follow your dreams. The first day of class each year I write this phraise on the chalkboard in the classroom: We can never become who we want to be IF we remain who we are.
