written by Todd at on 26.07. at 16:21:01 Hi. Those that have read my recent messages will know that I am not a dancer (regrettably), but have a great passion for ballet. I would like to know how different an experience is it to perform to music that is recorded compared to a live orchestra. Does a live accompaniment actually help your performance on stage? When I first saw Swan Lake on television I was amazed at how slow the tempo was compared to the cd's I have. Is the normal tempo of a recording too quick for a dancer to perform to? I'm not one to usually give an opinion but on the subject of freaks I feel it's best to just ignore them. Most are trying to get a reaction and often succeed. Don't react and they'll hopefully get tired. As for this particular guy his silence since posting that message seems to indicate that he has actually got the message! Answers to this message:
