Although you say you can spot, there is something wrong with your spotting technique or you wouldn't be having a dizzy problem.  

What direction are you spotting?  A frequent problem is spotting to the front, while moving to the side.  During the turns you describe, especially chaine's and soutenou, spot the direction you are going.

Practice your spotting technique.  Your eyes need to grasp the concept of "taking a still picture" of your spot point, rather than panning a 360 degree circle.

When you finish your combination, end it with your arm up (3rd, 4th) so you have a part of your own body to stare at for stability.

Things WILL get better.  Hope this helps.
