I don't know if you're still "listening", but what has worked for me are "backless thongs". International Male sells them called "Socks". They cup the balls to stay in place. I found an eBay seller who sold another version of them, but can no longer find her. (Pandora's Treasures) They are, in my opinion, even better than the IM Socks. Glad I bought 4 pairs of them when I did. Anyway, they both lift everything up and out, and create the nicest bulge.
