A very important aspect to losing weight and toning up for ballet is proper nutrition. Many relaize this, but don't know how to go about it assuming they have to cut out this and that. I have a friend in ballet class who went from about 240 pounds to 160. He is all muscle, there is no fat left. He told me that what really helped him was cutting out red meats, eating more chicken and fish, and a little less junk food. Less beer too. Also try doing excercises that isolate the areas you want to improve upon. A situp is good but a crunch is better. Put your legs in the air as though your sitting in a chair that fell bakwards and just try to do crunches. Go the normal way and then start twisting your body to the side on the way up, as though your trying to touch for example, your right elbow to your left knee. This will isolate the muscles much more and help work off athast fat. Second, proper ballet echnique gets you in shape. If you aren't flexing your abs and squeezing like a garlic press you won't have good posture and doing this while performing techniques will tone you naturally as well as the crunches. I think that takes care of the physcial aspect of your question. And for strength in pas-de-deuxs swuats are helpful, but really nothing but pas-de-deux work will stretgthen the muscles needed to do it. It more balanced her right then strength for one, and for two, it's really hard to train all the little muscles that help you do the lifts, etc. As I said, however, squats will help. Squats and dead lifts. Next, I don't know who told you how to pack your penis in, I never got that kind of information, but I have dealt with a similar issue. My dance belt was hell to behold and I hated it. I just ignored it as best I could and over time it stretched out a bit andwasn't so bad. I don't really know how to look bigger, but tust me, the more defined your muscles the more the girls will blush. And most ballerinas think any package is big in tights. It's easy to fool the poor devils. Lol. Lastly, I'm no psychologist, but it soudns like you just appreciate these other guys' bodies. I don't know if you want to do anything with them, but if you just get turned on it's probably normal. I don't think other guys turn me on, but I can admire a fellow males body or face or whatever. I think only you can decide whetehr you're gay, straight or bisexual. I'm sure it's still fairly normal so don't lose sleep over it. If you're really worried about being gay or whatever then sleep with a ballerina. You'll have your answer. Answers to this message: |
