If so, than your teacher dosen't know anything about the correct attire for men. Men wear black tights with a men's leotard worn under the tights or a t-shirt. At the studios that I danced at a unitard is also acceptable. At any of the studios that I danced at, if a male showed up dressed like that, he would more than likely asked to leave. However, if you are enjoying your self, than go for it an I wish you all the best. But I know your teacher is dead wrong with the dress code for men. Answers to this message:
