Fortunately, we only did a little practice in pique turns, my (literal) downfall.  Tonight, we practiced changement de pieds, various assembles, glissades, and petit jetes (wish I could insert the proper diacritical marks). All of which I can do fairly well, which surprises me, since I'm generally as supple as a carrot.  Hmmmm, maybe the heat DOES have something to do with it, as the instructor kept assuring us.

At least the passersby got their money's worth.
