We gotta get you out in public just wearing tights...no jeans...no trousers! Why can't you go out dressed in tights, sneakers and a sweat shirt? That works for me when I'm shopping. If you're going to a club, why not try a kilt with tights? It's a hot look! Or how about just walking the dog in tights (you in tights, not the puppy). Walking a dog in the park while wearing tights gives a reason for interested people to come up to you and talk...."Hey that's a real cute dog...what's her name...gee you look hot in those tights!"
