It is inhabited by a race of seemily normal teenage earthlings. However, the people of this planet are actually an evil race of villains that want to kidnap young Will and Penny to study them. The best part of this episode is that ALL the evil aliens wear brightlty colord tights and leotards. Guys as well as girls. Hmmm, a planet full of teenage villains and villainesses who love to wear tights and leotards???????
