written by Bella the belly dancer at on 29.11. at 21:23:07 Let me tell ya, shakin it the way they did in Egypt is not for the faint of thigh... it's a workout and a half and as healthy as I feel afterward that doesn't stop my muscles from adjusting to their new type of movement. My only gripe is that belly dancing calls for bare feet. Yikes! So I usually bend that rule by leaving my tights on with no shoes when I dance these days... Bella Answers to this message:
