Most studios also have a pre-requisite soft shoe barre and center floor class that helps develop those students who are ready for pointe. But traditoinally it is a lot of releve's, tendus, pas de bourres and all the traditional barre and floor work done in normal classes just a little more emphasis is given to stability and strengthening any weak areas.
