danger for joints

especially on the knee joints. What do I have to do, to think of, whileI am dancing? I also have problems with my hippjoints, they're bloked after doing Graham-technique for 3 years. I am not standing on the topof my feemurbones. Thats why I overdevelopped the quadricepsmuscels. Idon't know how to use the hamstringmuscels.             Please help me!
