popping joints

aweek or so of class.  i am noticing that my joints are poppingquiteoften.  my hips, elbows, knees, back, toes, i could go on.  i amwondering if i should be concerened about this.  does it mean iamnot stretching properly or cooling down properly?  i kind ofjumpedinto this dance regimen all of a sudden.  is this something thatsuggests i may be more easily prone to injury?

just wondering...
